Good Food Good Mood

As we all know and have heard many times before, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why, you ask? You wake up and it's the first thing you consume, the first thing to get you going. So why not eat something easy, tasty AND healthy. There is no limit on how many simple healthy breakfast recipes you can have but there is a limit on time.

Wake up in the morning with good food to boost your mood and try one of these 4 recipes!

1. Berry & Yogurt Smoothie
Recipe #1 is a quick and tasty smoothie for when you're in a rush. Start by blending frozen fruit (bananas/berries), greek yogurt, and any liquid you prefer (almond milk/coconut water/juice). Freeze your leftovers and enjoy them throughout the week!

2. Avocado Toast With Egg
Recipe #2 is simple but delicious. Toast two whole-grain slices of bread and add a layer of smashed avocados with a hint of salt and pepper. Then add two sunny-side up eggs to complete your tasty breakfast. You can eat them separately or stack them to make a sandwich! 

3. Egg Breakfast Muffins
Recipe #3 is an easy grab and go breakfast. Make these Sunday night/Monday morning and have them throughout the whole week! First blend/whisk eggs with spinach, bacon, cheese, and peppers. Then add the mixture into muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes then eat up or store in the refrigerator and save for later! 

4. Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Apple Bites
Recipe #4 is short and sweet. Cut apples into wedges and add peanut butter onto each slice. Then add granola and drizzle a layer of chocolate on top. Add to refrigerator to save for later or enjoy them immediately!
